According to the Zhitong Finance App, Kuaishou-W (01024) announced that on December 22, 2025, the company spent HK$29.957 million to repurchase 449,000 shares at a repurchase price of HK$2.7; issue 15,000 shares to exercise options under the initial public offering after-sales share purchase plan (adopted on 18/01/2021).
