Zhitong Finance App News, China Nuclear Construction (601611.SH) announced that in order to further reduce the balance ratio and optimize the capital structure, the company's subsidiaries CNNC 23, CNNC 24, CNNC Huaxing, CNNC 5, and CNNC Huachen plan to introduce ICBC Investment to increase capital through a private agreement, totaling 5 billion yuan. Among them, the capital was increased to CNNC 23 by 1.5 billion yuan; ICBC Investment held 17.32% of the shares after the capital increase was completed; the capital was increased by 800 million yuan to CNCC, and ICBC Investment held 18.96% of the shares after the capital increase was completed; the capital was increased to CNNC Huaxing by 1.5 billion yuan, and ICBC Investment held 22.25% of the shares after the capital increase was completed; and ICBC Investment held 45.93% of the shares after the capital increase was completed. After the transaction is completed, the company still has actual control over the five target companies.
