According to the Zhitong Finance App, Tencent Holdings (00700) announced that on December 22, 2025, the company spent HK$636 million to repurchase 1.035 million shares at a repurchase price of HK$610.5-620 per share. On the same day, 251,000 shares were issued to exercise share options in accordance with the 2023 share option plan adopted on May 17, 2023.
