Tongyu Communications (002792.SZ): Zhonghong Tongyu plans to increase capital and expand shares to introduce investors to invest in Wu Chuangyuan

Zhitong Finance App News, Tongyu Communications (002792.SZ) announced that in order to further enhance the capital strength of the company's holding subsidiary Hubei Zhonghong Tongyu Space Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhonghong Tongyu”), Zhonghong Tongyu plans to introduce investors to Wuhan Wuchuangyuan Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Wuchuangyuan Investment”) in the form of capital increase and share expansion in accordance with the company's strategic planning and business development needs. The investment of the Wu Chuangyuan Institute plans to increase the capital by 10 million yuan in cash. The full amount of the capital increase will be included in the registered capital. As the current shareholder of Zhonghong Tongyu, the company relinquished the priority right to pledge capital for this capital increase.

After this capital increase and stock expansion, Zhonghong Tongyu's registered capital increased from RMB 20 million to RMB 21 million, and the company's shareholding ratio in Zhonghong Tongyu was changed from 90% to 85.7143%. Zhonghong Tongyu is still a subsidiary within the scope of the company's consolidated statements.
