CLS Holdings to Sell GBP70 Million Property in London

04:21 AM EST, 12/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CLS Holdings (CLI.L) said Monday it entered into a contract with property developer London Square for the conditional sale of its Citadel Place (Spring Gardens) asset in London, and a joint development of the site. The terms of the agreement include a 70 million-pound-sterling valuation for the property as of Dec. 31, the British property investor keeping its income from the current lease until expiry, potential for further income through an overage structure, as well as CLS receiving equity after the repayment of existing debt. The companies are also aiming to submit a planning application for the residential-focused redevelopment of the property during the first quarter of 2026.
