China Merchants China Fund (00133) temporarily re-appointed China Merchants China Investment Management as investment manager

According to Zhitong Finance App, China Merchants China Fund (00133) issued an announcement. Since the current temporary management agreement will expire on December 31, 2025, in order to provide the Company with sufficient time to make considerations and decisions and ensure the continuation of the company's investment management operations, the Company and China Merchants China Investment Management signed a new temporary management agreement with China Merchants China Investment Management on December 22, 2025 for the temporary re-appointment of China Merchants China Investment Management during the management period. The management period will begin immediately after the expiration date of the existing management agreement on December 31, 2025.
