Skanska Wins $107 Million Contract for US Expressway Project

02:14 AM EST, 12/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Skanska (SKA-B.ST) secured a $107 million contract from the Riverside County Transportation Commission, according to a Monday release. The contract covers the widening of 13 kilometers of the Mid County Parkway Ramona Expressway in California, US, and the construction of a new cast-in-place box girder bridge on the San Jacinto River and a raised median. The Swedish construction company expects to start the work in February 2026 and complete it in June 2028.
