Clariant Denies Competition Law Infringement Allegations

01:53 AM EST, 12/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Clariant (CLN.SW) denied allegations in a claim filed with the court of Munich by oil and gas company MOL Group (MOL.WA) and Brazilian petrochemical company Braskem. The allegations relate to infringement of competition law in the ethylene purchasing market, according to a Monday release. MOL Group is seeking 548 million euros, while Braskem alleges damages of 402 million euros. Clariant added that it will "adamantly" defend its position in these proceedings.
