Shareholders of Litian Pictures (09958) transferred shares from Dahua Jixian (Hong Kong) to DBS Hong Kong with a market value of HK$16.2931 million

The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on December 19, shareholders of Litian Pictures (09958) transferred shares from Dahua Jixian (Hong Kong) to DBS Hong Kong, with a market value of HK$16.2931 million, accounting for 18.18%.

Litian Pictures previously applied for suspension of trading for nearly two months due to financial delays. After disclosing the financial report, the company resumed trading on November 24. According to Litian Pictures's 18-month financial year results up to the end of June 2025, it recorded revenue of about 133 million yuan during the period; net loss reached about 554 million yuan, mainly due to the inability to broadcast and monetize the copyright of some of its series in a timely manner, causing huge impairment losses; it was difficult to recover some of the company's sold series, and it also caused impairment losses on accounts receivable.
