At the same time, he pointed out that the amendments proposed by Ukraine and Europe to the Russian-Ukrainian “peace plan” will not help advance the conclusion of an agreement. Ushakov confirmed that Russian presidential special representative Dmitriev, responsible for foreign investment and economic cooperation, is holding talks with the US in Miami. According to him, after returning to Moscow, Dmitriev will report the results of the talks with the US side.
