Strategic cooperation agreement between Collier (002892.SZ) Sun Company and professional investment institutions terminated

Zhitong Finance App News, Collier (002892.SZ) announced that previously, the company's wholly-owned Sun Company, Shenzhen Pengrui Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (“Sun Company”) signed a “Strategic Cooperation Agreement” with Shenzhen Ruiye Digital Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Shenzhen Ruiye Digital Asset Management Co., Ltd.) (“Ruiye Digital”). The two sides plan to jointly establish a private equity fund platform around motor-related industries through the integration of multiple channels and resources.

Due to objective reasons, the conditions for establishing partnership funds have changed. In order to protect the interests of the company and all shareholders, all parties have actively carried out many rounds of negotiations to jointly explore solutions. However, due to various factors such as changes in the market environment and adjustments in the actual situation of the partners and relevant interested parties, the two parties decided to terminate this agreement by consensus based on the principles of prudent use of capital and reduction of investment risks.
