On December 20, the seat ring and volute shell of Unit 3 of the Sichuan Qingyukou Reservoir Project, constructed by the 11th Bureau of China Railway, were successfully hoisted, marking that the first hydroturbine generator set of the project has entered the installation stage of core components. The project will install 3 hydroturbine generator sets with a capacity of 6.67 MW, with a total installed capacity of 20 MW, with flood prevention, water supply and power generation functions. Qingyukou Reservoir is located in Tongjiang County, Bazhong City, Sichuan Province. It is one of the country's 150 major water conservancy projects and 102 major projects in the national “14th Five-Year Plan”.
