Greentown China (03900): Greentown Management and CCCC Group sign 2025 project management framework agreement

According to Zhitong Finance App, Greentown China (03900) issued an announcement. Greentown Management Group has been appointed from time to time by CCCC Group, its subsidiaries and/or their contacts as a project management service provider for engineering projects involving CCCC Group, its subsidiaries and/or their contacts. In order to streamline relevant transactions under a simplified framework, Greentown Management and CCCC Group entered into a 2025 project management framework agreement on December 19, 2025 to regulate Greentown Management Group's provision of project management services to CCCC Group, its subsidiaries and/or their contacts. The 2025 Project Management Framework Agreement will last until December 31, 2027.
