China Shenhua announced that China Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd., China Shenhua Energy Co., Ltd. and China Energy Group Finance Co., Ltd. intend to sign the “National Energy Group Finance Co., Ltd. Capital Increase Agreement”, agreeing that China Energy Group will jointly increase the capital of China Energy Group Finance Co., Ltd. in cash according to 60% shareholding ratio and 40% shareholding ratio. The total amount of this capital increase is 15 billion yuan, including China Energy Group's capital increase of 9 billion yuan and China Shenhua's capital increase of 6 billion yuan, all included in the registered capital of the finance company. After the capital increase is completed, the registered capital of the finance company will increase from 17.5 billion yuan to 32.5 billion yuan.
