In order to further focus on its main business, the company plans to transfer 10% of the shares in Beijing Sanyuan Dehong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (“Sanyuan Dehong”) to Beijing Nanjiao Farm Co., Ltd. (“Nanjiao Farm” for short) at a transaction price of 26.8515 million yuan according to the assessed value. After the transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold three yuan of Dehong's shares.
