Esprit Global (00330): Liu Jianyi and Li Hui appointed as executive directors

Zhitong Finance App News, Esprit Global (00330) issued an announcement, effective December 19, 2025: Ms. Qiu Suyi has resigned as an executive director and chairman of the board of directors due to her pursuit of other business development; PAK William Eui Won has resigned as the company's executive director, CEO and chief operating officer due to his pursuit of other business development. The current executive director, Mr. WRIGHT Bradley Stephen, has been appointed acting chairman of the board of directors. Ms. Liu Jianyi and Ms. Li Hui have been appointed as the company's executive directors.

Ms Chiu Su-yee is no longer the Chairman of the Nomination Committee and the respective members of the Remuneration Committee and Standing Committee; PAK William Eui Won is no longer a member of the Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee and Standing Committee; Mr. WRIGHT Bradley Stephen was appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee; Ms Lau Kin-yee and Ms Lee Wai were appointed as members of the Standing Committee. Additionally, Ms. Li Hui has replaced Ms. Qiu Suyi as the company's authorized representative.
