Tongguan Gold (00340): Feng Fangqing was appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee

Executive Director Ms. Feng Fangqing was appointed as a member of the Board Nomination Committee with effect from December 19, 2025. Following the above changes, the Nomination Committee will include three independent non-executive directors and two executive directors, namely Mr. Zhu Gengnan (Chairman of the Nomination Committee), Mr. Leung Suk-shu, Mr Leung Ka-woo, Mr Chiang Chi-yung and Ms Fung.
