Zhitong Finance App News, Suzhou Tianmai (301626.SZ) announced that the company's shareholder CITIC Construction Investment Fund-China Merchants Bank-CITIC Construction Investment Fund-Win-Win No. 32 employee participating in the strategic placement pooled asset management plan (“No. 32 Employee Strategic Placement Asset Management Plan”) plans to reduce the company's holdings by no more than 2,3016.82 million shares through bulk transactions or centralized bidding transactions from January 14, 2026 to April 13, 2026 (accounting for 1.99% of the company's current total share capital).
