Tianchen Co., Ltd. announced that the wholly-owned Sun Company Tianchen Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. and Yancheng Daxiang New Energy Co., Ltd. jointly funded the establishment of Tianchen Daxiang Energy Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Tianchen Energy Storage pledged an investment of 25.5 million yuan, accounting for 51% of the registered capital; Yancheng Daxiang New Energy pledged an investment of 24.5 million yuan, accounting for 49% of the registered capital.
