Tongxing Technology (003027.SZ) plans to acquire 100% of Maanshan Haosheng's shares in its subsidiary

Zhitong Finance App News, Tongxing Technology (003027.SZ) announced that the company signed an equity transfer agreement with the holding subsidiary Tongxing Haosheng (Yibin) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“Tongxing Haosheng”) to acquire 100% of the shares of Maanshan Haosheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“Maanshan Haosheng”) with an assessed value of RMB 19.4931 million.

According to the announcement, the share acquisition is an important strategic layout in the company's development plan. It will help coordinate the overall planning, development and construction of 180 acres of land in Hanshan, Anhui, and consolidate the foundation of the industrial layout.
