Changying Group (Holdings) (00689) granted a loan amount of NZ$1.65 million as a subsidiary

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Changying Group (Holdings) (00689) announced that on December 19, 2025, the lender EPI ESG Investment (New Zealand) Limited (a New Zealand indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a loan agreement with the borrower and the mortgagee (Mr. Lion Yang). Based on this, the lender agreed to provide the borrower with a loan amount of 1.65 million New Zealand dollars (approximately HK$7.425 million) with a repayment period of six months.

The directors believe that the loan amount provided by the lender is in line with the company's plan to generate stable income and is a daily and general business operation of the Group's money lending business. The terms of the loan agreement were reached through fair negotiations between the contracting parties, taking into account current commercial practices.
