ST Kaiyuan announced that 5.208,500 shares held by Zhao Jun, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company, will be judicially auctioned, accounting for 29.70% of the company's shares and 1.29% of the company's total share capital. Previously, the 4.866,400 shares held by the controlling shareholder Jiang Yong may also have been judicially auctioned, accounting for 29.66% of the company's shares and 1.21% of the company's total share capital. If both parts of the shares complete the judicial auction, the shareholding ratio of the controlling shareholders and their co-actors will drop from 10.78% to 8.28%.
