Article 17 of the Regulations clearly stipulates market share standards and other conditions that must be met in vertical monopoly agreements that are not prohibited: First, it stipulates market share standards and turnover conditions corresponding to different types of vertical monopoly agreements. Vertical agreements which fix or limit the price of resale goods as stipulated in Article 18 (1) (1) and (2) of the Anti-Monopoly Law shall not be prohibited if the operator's market share of the relevant market is less than 5% during the agreement period, and the turnover of the goods covered by the agreement must be less than 100 million yuan. For other vertical agreements as stipulated in Article 18 (1) (3) of the Anti-Monopoly Law, where the operator's market share of the relevant market is less than 15% during the agreement period, it is not prohibited, and there are no turnover requirements.
