The Zhitong Finance App learned that on December 19, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange announced bank foreign exchange settlement and bank valet payment data for November 2025. Statistics from the State Administration of Foreign Exchange show that in November 2025, banks settled RMB 1484 billion and sold RMB 1373.2 billion. From January to November 2025, banks settled a total of RMB 16278.1 billion and sold RMB 15593.2 billion.

In dollar terms, in November 2025, banks settled US$209.5 billion and sold US$193.8 billion in foreign exchange. From January to November 2025, banks settled a total of US$2276.9 billion and sold a total of US$218.4 billion in foreign exchange.

In November 2025, bank valet revenue was 4637.2 billion yuan, and external payments were 4511.2 billion yuan. From January to November 2025, bank valets accumulated foreign-related revenue of RMB 51120.8 billion, and cumulative external payments of RMB 49771.9 billion.

In dollar terms, in November 2025, bank valet revenue was 654.5 billion US dollars, and external payments were 636.7 billion US dollars. From January to November 2025, bank valet accumulated foreign-related revenue of US$7148.1 billion and cumulative external payments of US$695.94 billion.
