CNOOC Oilfield Services (02883): Zhao Lijuan was appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee

Zhitong Finance App News, CNOOC Oilfield Services (02883) announced that since December 19, 2025, Ms. Zhao Lijuan, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee of the company's board of directors. Following the above appointments, the Nomination Committee consists of four members, namely Mr. Yao Xin (Chairman), Mr. Zhao Shunqiang, Mr. Guo Linguang, and Ms. Zhao Lijuan.
