Dayu Water Conservation (300021.SZ) jointly won the bid for the Guangxi Gui North Drought Control Longjiang River Valley Irrigation Area Project Main Line II

Zhitong Finance App News, Dayu Water Saving (300021.SZ) announced that the consortium formed by the company and its subsidiary Gansu Dayu Water Conservation Group Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering Co., Ltd. (“Hydropower Company”), China Railway 18th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (consortium leader), and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Water Resources and Electricity Survey, Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. won the bid for Guangxi Gui Beibei Longjiang River Valley Irrigation Area Project Master Line II design+construction (including the introduction of supporting engineering equity investment) + general contract for operation. The total bid amount was 1 billion yuan.

According to the consortium agreement, the hydropower company and the consortium leader jointly act as the construction party of this project and jointly undertake all project construction and related work within the scope of the tender for this project; the company, as the operator of this project, is responsible for operation management, etc. Each party to the consortium shall assume rights and obligations within its scope as agreed in the terms of the contract in accordance with the division of responsibilities.
