Fagron Buys Amber Compounding Pharmacy, Vepakum for EUR55 Million; US License Obtained

01:42 AM EST, 12/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Belgian pharmaceutical supplier Fagron (FAGR.BR) said Friday it purchased Amber Compounding Pharmacy and Vepakum for a combined 55 million euros. Amber Compounding operates in Singapore and Malaysia, while Vepakum is based in Brazil. Together, the two businesses are expected to report an annual revenue of 26 million euros. The Vepakum deal remains subject to antitrust clearance in Brazil. Separately, Fagron said it obtained a license from the California State Board of Pharmacy for its new Anazao Health facility in Tampa, in the US state of Florida. The license allows the company to ship patient-specific compounded medications to California, US.
