08:22 AM EST, 12/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- The Tadawul All Share Index ended the week in the positive territory at 0.35% in the green supported by higher oil prices and a relatively busy corporate news day. Market watchers are zeroing in on the delayed release of the US' November CPI data, which is minutes away. Investors forecast an annual inflation rate of 3% for the reporting month. "Looking forward, the focus will be back on US data today, as the delayed CPI report for November is out at 13:30 London time, which will be important for whether the Fed have the space to keep cutting rates in 2026. This is going to be a slightly unusual report, as the government shutdown meant the October data wasn't collected, so we won't get the usual monthly change that we normally focus on with US inflation," Deutsche Bank Research said in a note. Further, the US is reportedly preparing to set new sanctions on Russia's shadow tanker fleet and traders, Bloomberg News reported, citing sources. The supposed move was done to pressure Russia's President Vladimir Putin to achieve a peace deal with Ukraine. Back at home, Arabian Contracting Services Co. (SASE:4071), d/b/a Al Arabia, entered into a memorandum of understanding with Alrai Media Group to look into potential partnerships and investments in the outdoor advertising in Kuwait. The advertising group closed 0.66% lower. Meanwhile, Time Entertainment Co. (SASE:9642) secured a 13-week project to execute the Rally Dakar event's opening and closing ceremonies in 2026. Shares of the live events and experiences management company lost 0.40%.
