GulfNav Board to Consider New Chair, Vice Chair Elections

11:55 AM EST, 12/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Gulf Navigation's (DFM:GULFNAV) board will consider electing a new chairman and vice chairman at its meeting set for Wednesday, the Dubai-based maritime and shipping company said Tuesday. The announcement follows the recent resignation of Chairman Theyab Bin Tahnoon Bin Mohammad Al Nahyan and Vice Chairman Suhail Almazrouei, effective from Nov. 24 and Monday, respectively.
