Huaxin Holdings (01657) expects a medium-term loss of not more than HK$6 million

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Huaxin Holdings (01657) announced that the Group expects to lose no more than HK$6 million in the six months ending October 31, 2025, compared with a loss of about HK$9 million for the six months ending October 31, 2024. It is estimated that the decrease in losses is mainly due to (i) an increase in revenue and gross profit from its related supply of clothing products; an increase in sales orders and revenue from supplying clothing products to major customers headquartered in the United Kingdom; and a reduction in provisions for impairment losses recognized in respect of trade receivables.
