Norconsult Concludes Metier Group Acquisition

08:18 AM EST, 12/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Norconsult (NORCO.OL) on Wednesday concluded the acquisition of Oslo-based consultancy company Metier Group for a final payment of 475 million Norwegian kroner. The consulting and engineering services company said the deal closing followed the receipt of all regulatory approvals and satisfaction of other conditions. The purchase agreement was previously announced on Nov. 5.
