CRRC (01766) and its subsidiaries have signed a total of about 53.31 billion yuan in major contracts in the past three months

According to the Zhitong Finance App, CRRC (01766) announced that the company and its subsidiaries have recently signed a number of major contracts (mainly from September to December 2025), with a total amount of about RMB 53.31 billion. The details are as follows:

1. Our subsidiaries have signed wind power equipment sales contracts and energy storage equipment sales contracts with China Power Construction Group Zhongnan Survey, Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., China Resources New Energy (Yiwu) Co., Ltd., China Green Power (Ruoqiang) Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., and Inner Mongolia Energy Group Huade Electric Storage New Energy Co., Ltd. respectively.

2. The company's subsidiary train companies and various road administration companies under China National Railway Group Co., Ltd. have each signed advanced EMU repair contracts totaling about RMB 12.04 billion.

3. Our subsidiaries have each signed contracts for the sale and maintenance of urban rail vehicles and equipment totaling RMB 11.16 billion with Hefei Rail Transit Group Co., Ltd., Shenyang Metro Group Co., Ltd., and Brazil's Sao Paulo Metro Line 4 Franchise Company (CONCESSIONÁRIA DA LINHA 4 DO METRO DE SAO PAULO S.A).

4. Our locomotive companies have each signed locomotive sales and maintenance contracts totaling approximately RMB 9.95 billion with various road administration companies under China National Railway Group Co., Ltd., China Railway Eleventh Bureau Group Third Engineering Co., Ltd., and KTZFreight Transportation LLC (KTZFreight Transportation LLC).

5. A subsidiary of the Company and China National Railway Group Co., Ltd. have each signed a power-centralized train sales contract totaling about RMB 2.21 billion.

6. Our subsidiary companies and various road administration companies under China National Railway Group Co., Ltd. have each signed bus repair contracts totaling about RMB 1.3 billion.

The total amount of the above contract amounts to approximately 21.6% of the company's 2024 operating income under China's accounting standards.
