Eternity Strategy (00764) plans to place up to 20 million shares to raise approximately HK$19.6 million

Zhitong Finance App News, Eternity Strategy (00764) announced that on December 17, 2025, the company plans to place up to 20 million shares, which is equivalent to about 4.96% of the company's issued share capital after allotting and expanding the allotted shares. The placement price is HK$1.00 per placement share. Assuming that the maximum number of shares to be placed under the placement agreement, the total proceeds from the placement will be HK$20 million, while the net proceeds will be approximately HK$19.6 million. The Company intends to use the net proceeds to repay the Group's debts and general working capital.
