Hima Healthcare (03309) sells 55% of Apollo's shares to Mingda Glasses

According to this, the company has agreed to return the shares to be sold to Mingda Glasses, which is equivalent to 55% of Apollo's total issued share capital; the transaction cost is that Mingda Glasses cancels and returns the RMB 50.49 million bonds previously issued by the company, while relieving the company of all liability under the bond. Upon completion, Apollo will no longer be a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and the company will no longer hold any equity interest in Apollo.

According to the announcement, the Group has implemented a number of strategic initiatives, including focusing on ophthalmology services in Hong Kong and mainland China, as well as dental and medical services in Shenzhen. The sale is in line with the Group's strategy to optimize the use of resources within the Group.
