Shengxing Co., Ltd. (002752.SZ) plans to raise no more than 1,157 billion yuan in capital

Zhitong Finance App News, Shengxing Co., Ltd. (002752.SZ) announced that the company plans to issue shares to specific targets. The total amount of capital raised (including issuance fees) will not exceed 1,157 billion yuan. The net capital raised after deducting issuance fees will be fully invested: Vietnam's new two-piece can and food can production base project, and a new two-piece can production line project in Neijiang, Sichuan to supplement working capital.
