According to Zhitong Finance App News, Shenzhen Stock Exchange (301091.SZ) disclosed plans to issue A-shares to specific targets in 2025. The company plans to issue shares to no more than 35 (inclusive) issuers. The issuance price is not lower than 80% of the average share price of the company's stock transactions in the 20 trading days before the pricing benchmark date. The amount is determined by dividing the total amount of capital raised by the issuance price, and not more than 30% of the company's total share capital before the current issuance, that is, no more than 158 million shares (inclusive).
The total capital raised by issuing A-shares to specific targets is no more than 1.8 billion yuan (including capital). After deducting the issuance fee, all will be used for: large-scale transportation industry models and ecological applications, low-altitude, autonomous driving and other intelligent transportation equipment and equipment research and large-scale applications, global business development projects, and supplementary liquidity.
