Guoli Electronics announced that the company held the 24th meeting of the 3rd board of directors on December 17, 2025 to review and pass a bill to postpone some fund-raising investment projects. It was agreed to extend the dates for the “DC Contactor Expansion Project for New Energy” and the “AC Contactor Production Project for Wind Solar Storage and Flexible Direct Transmission and Distribution” to reach the intended state of use from December 2025 to December 2027. This extension has not changed the investment content, total investment amount, and implementing entity of the fund-raising project, and will not have a substantial impact on the implementation of the fund-raising project.
