SP Group Buys Idé-Pro for DKK700 Million

06:13 AM EST, 12/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SP Group (SPG.CO) purchased prototypes and production parts manufacturer Idé-Pro for an enterprise value of 700 million Danish kroner. The Danish plastic components manufacturer said Wednesday that the fully debt-financed and cash transaction was signed and finalized on the same day. SP Group said transaction-related costs will weigh on its 2025 results, while the acquisition is expected to strengthen its product offering and expand its presence in India through the combined efforts of its local business unit and Idé-Pro's Bangalore-based engineering team.
