Anyang Steel announced that the company has sold 78.1372% of the shares of Angang Group Yongtong Ductile Iron Pipe Co., Ltd. and 100% of the shares in Anyang Yuhe Yongtong Steel Group Co., Ltd. to the controlling shareholder, at a share transfer price of 837 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold shares in Yongtong Company and Yuhe Company.
