Zhixin Group Holdings (02187): Guofu Haohua was appointed as the new auditor

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Zhixin Group Holdings (02187) issued an announcement. PricewaterhouseCoopers (PricewaterhouseCoopers) has resigned as an auditor with effect from December 17, 2025. According to the recommendation of the Audit Committee, Guofu Haohua (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited (Guofu Haohua) was appointed as the new auditor with effect from December 17, 2025 to fill the temporary vacancy after PricewaterhouseCoopers's resignation. The term of office is until the end of the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
