Springfield Properties Secures Deal to Deliver 300 Homes in Scotland

05:30 AM EST, 12/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Springfield Properties (SPR.L) said Wednesday it signed an initial agreement with SSE (SSE.L) unit SSEN Transmission for a build and multi-year lease of housing deal in northern Scotland. The Scottish housebuilder noted that the project, part of the investment program of the British utility's subsidiary, will deliver 293 homes across six sites. Springfield will carry out enabling works and receive payments to fund site-opening costs. The homes will be delivered on a phased basis over the next three years.
