Euro Area's Annual Labor Costs Up 3.3% in Q3

05:16 AM EST, 12/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hourly labor costs in the eurozone rose 3.3% year over year in the third quarter, compared with the revised 3.9% gain in the prior three-month period, Eurostat said Wednesday. Analysts expected 3.5% growth for the month. Meanwhile, wages and salaries in the region grew 3% on an annual basis, against the revised 3.8% increase earlier.
