Xiamen Cinda announced that the company participated in the bankruptcy and restructuring of 26 companies, including Xi'an Maike Metals International Group Co., Ltd., and has selected the restructuring platform company Shaanxi Siluilian Supply Chain Co., Ltd. as an investor through open competition. The company will sign a “Joint Venture Agreement” with Xi'an Hi-Tech Logistics Development Co., Ltd. to jointly fund the establishment of the joint venture Xiamen Cindano Industrial Investment Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 300 million, of which the company will invest RMB 285 million, accounting for 95% of the registered capital.
