iCar Group Limited affiliated with Harmony Auto (03836) may carry out further equity financing by introducing new investors

Zhitong Finance App News, Harmony Auto (03836) announced that on September 1, 2025 (after the trading period), the target company (iCar Group Limited, a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), the company, EGL and the subscriber (Golden Link Worldwide Limited) signed a share subscription agreement. The subscriber intends to subscribe for 40 million US dollars of target company shares. In addition to the proposed subscription items, the target company may carry out further equity financing by introducing new investors.
