AF Gruppen Unit Wins Nomination for Norwegian Switchgear Installation Contract

05:11 AM EST, 12/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AF Gruppen's (AFG.OL) AF Elkraft secured a nomination for a turnkey contract to engineer, deliver, construct, and install a 420-kilovolt switchgear for a substation. The construction company said Wednesday the potential agreement is worth over 100 million Norwegian kroner and will cover the Onarheim substation in Husnes, Norway. The 80%-owned subsidiary expects to start the installation work in 2027 as the design and procurement operations will begin after contract signing.
