Alliance Holdings (00459): New Berry has been appointed as an independent financial advisor

Zhitong Finance App News, China Link Holdings (00459) announced that New Berry Finance Limited (New Berry), a licensed corporation that can engage in Type 1 (securities trading) and Type 6 (advising on institutional financing) regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance, has been appointed as an independent financial advisor to provide advice on the proposals and plans to an independent board committee composed of all independent non-executive directors (i.e. Mr. Sha Bao, Mr. Huang Zongguang and Mr. Li Weiqiang). The appointment of New Berry as an independent financial advisor has been approved by the Independent Board Committee in accordance with Rule 2.1 of the Takeovers Code.
