After the transfer is completed, the company will fulfill the paid-in capital obligation of RMB 20 million as agreed in the “Partnership Agreement”. This transaction does not constitute a major asset restructuring as stipulated in the “Administrative Measures on Major Asset Reorganization of Listed Companies”, nor does it constitute a related transaction. After the transaction is completed, the company will hold 18.180165% of Yifeng Yunding Fund's share.
