The transaction includes a deferred payment of up to $1.2 million that is subject to the acquired specialty cable protection devices company's one-year performance. The British components, packaging, and filter company said the acquisition is set to boost its product portfolio and its footprint in the regions of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as the Asia-Pacific.
