EJF Investments Invests $21 Million in TruPS Financials Note Securitization

03:56 AM EST, 12/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EJF Investments (EJFI.L) on Dec. 12 invested $21.3 million in the collateralized debt obligation equity tranche of TruPS Financials Note Securitization 2025-3, a securitization sponsored by its parent company EJF Capital, according to a Wednesday filing. To fund the investment, the closed-ended investment company used the proceeds from its investments in the CDO equity tranches of TFINS 2018-1 and 2020-2, and the redemption of its mezzanine debt investment in TFINS 2020-2. The securitization has a final maturity date in 2041 and is callable after October 2027 at the option of the holders, with a mandatory auction call commencing after October 2032.
