Shanghai Airport (600009.SH) signed a contract for the transfer of operating rights for the duty-free shop project

Zhitong Finance App News, Shanghai Airport (600009.SH) announced that the company and its holding subsidiary Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport Co., Ltd. (“Hongqiao Airport Company”) signed a duty-free shop project management rights transfer contract in Shanghai on December 17, 2025.

The contract signed this time includes: an entry/exit duty-free shop transfer contract signed with Du Furui at Shanghai Pudong International Airport (T1 Terminal and S1 Satellite Hall international regional venue); an entry/exit duty-free shop transfer contract with Zhongfu at Shanghai Pudong International Airport (T2 Terminal and S2 Satellite Hall international regional venue); and an entry/exit duty-free shop transfer contract signed with Zhongfu.
